With over 18 years of experience in engineering consultancy, who offers design, engineering, and project management services for various sectors, including AEC buildings, energy, and infrastructure. Nirav has successfully executed projects in the USA, Middle East, Europe and India, using EPC and design-build models, digital integration and construction, and BIM technology.

Nirav is also an investor, tactician, and innovation specialist, who has co-founded and led three engineering start-ups, providing steel fabrication, pre-engineered modular homes, and BIM-AEC services globally. Nirav is passionate about delivering cost-effective, high-quality, and sustainable solutions, leveraging his expertise in steel, precast, and composite materials, and his leadership skills in managing cross-functional, global, and digitally integrated teams.
